About us -

Gallery 91 is a unique business emphasizing a new forum for current developments in product design since 1983. We have delivered many innovative Japanese products to retailers, especially museum shops like the Museum of Modern Art Store, the Guggenheim Museum Shop and the Cooper-Hewitt National Design Museum Shop. Our products have been featured in many publications such as the New York Times, ELLE D├ęcor, Family Circle, Martha Stewart Weddings and Better Homes and Gardens.


Gallery 91 has also participated in the Accent on Design, NY NOW (former International Gift Fair) since 1986 and has been honored with multiple awards, including “Best Booth Design”, “Best Product” and "Accent on Design 35 Years Best Legacy Award" in Aug 2019.

Yoshiko Ebihara

is the owner of Gallery 91 and the Founding Director of the International Design Network Foundation. She is also a design consultant to individuals, companies and institutions who wish to launch or expand business in US. She works closely with many organizations in New York, such as the Japan Society and MAD (Museum of Art And Design), collaborating on exhibitions of traditional Japanese design and crafts. In the past, she has also contributed to a number of Japanese design magazines and occasionally gives lectures in Japan about marketing and branding.
